Product Manager

Experience: 15 years minimum

Education: BS required, MS a plus

Responsible as the final authority on product definition. Deep background in technologies used for telecommunications systems, networking products and RFID systems. Familiarity with wireless, networking and associated software products. Responsible for detailed product feature and operating specifications. Works directly with marketing and engineering personnel. Familiarity with marketing data, including competitive products and trends in the point-to-point wireless market, RFID market, and digital networking market. Reports to the CEO.


Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) Signal Processing Software Systems Engineer

Experience: 10 years minimum

Education: PhD in physics or EE required

Responsible for developing and managing software and firmware algorithms and code for SAR digital signal processing (DSP). Platforms and operating systems may include Windows and Linux-based computers, embedded systems operating on microprocessors, GPU modules, ASIC DSP chips, and DSP engines inside FPGA devices. Familiarity with synthetic aperture radar or sonar algorithms and processing required. Works closely with system software and hardware engineers for managed product integration. Reports to the CTO.


Embedded Hardware Design Engineer

Experience: 10 years minimum

Education: MSEE required

Responsible for complete embedded hardware design involving microprocessors, peripheral analog and digital integrated circuits, FPGA and DSP processors. Capable of schematic capture, bill of material generation and working closely with printed circuit board layout engineers. High-speed digital design, high-speed analog design and DFM required. Strong RF and wireless background a plus. Reports to Project Design Manager.


RF/Microwave/Millimeter Wave Design Engineer

Experience: 10 years minimum

Education: MSEE required

Responsible for design and integration of microwave and millimeter wave ASIC devices. Familiarity with electromagnetic modeling and simulation tools, printed circuit microstrip line, coplanar waveguide, standard waveguide, microstrip antennas and traditional horn and parabolic antennas required. Familiarity with RF system gain distribution, linear and nonlinear RF circuits, and high-speed digital modulation techniques also required. Reports to Project Design Manager.


Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Experience: 7 years minimum

Education: MSCE required

Works with software and embedded firmware engineers to improve software products during development with the objective to improve product performance and dependability. Involved with the engineering and production teams for design of test (DOT) and regression testing regimen to assure product reliability. May include on-site and off-site product software validation as a part of environmental testing. Proficiency in programming with the C language and its derivatives a plus. Reports to Director of Operations.


Microwave Laboratory Technician

Experience: 5 years minimum

Education: ASEE or BSEE a plus

Responsible for maintaining microwave and millimeter wave laboratory. Familiarity with managing laboratory test equipment, tools, work spaces and engineering component inventory required. Strong organizational skills and proactive laboratory logistics required. Reports to Director of Operations.


Product Maintenance Technician

Experience: 10 years minimum

Education: ASEE or BSEE a plus

Responsible for repair and modification of millimeter wave point-to-point radios. Familiarity with troubleshooting digital and analog electronics, including RF level components. Skills with electronic test equipment, including oscilloscope, DVM, RF spectrum analyzer required. Reports to Director of Operations.


Documentation Control Supervisor

Experience: 10 years minimum

Education: ASEE or BSEE a plus

Responsible for all product documentation. Familiarity with documentation storage systems both local and cloud-based, software backup and revision control systems. Familiarity with various CAD file formats in support of electronic printed circuit board design and mechanical design documentation. Responsible for organization of all change control. Works directly with engineering and production personnel. Reports to Director of Operations.


VP Product Marketing

Experience: 15 years minimum

Education: BA or BS degree, MBA a plus

Seasoned wireless professional with extensive experience in technologies in the millimeter wave band. Background should include strong understanding of the telecom market, as well as emerging millimeter wave markets in radar, healthcare, and RFID solutions. Responsibilities will include existing and new corporate technology roadmaps, IP strategizes, and market analysis with strong financial modeling. Reports directly to the CEO.


Sr. Sales Engineer

Experience: 5+ years of direct SE experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree a plus

Sr. Sales Engineer responsible for design, implementation and operation of millimeter wave product line. Will support the integration process from design to fine-tune alignment of our wireless point-to-point solution. As the project lead, this position is responsible for successful integration and follow-on support. Additional tasks include operational and trend statistics, as well as analyzing performance results. Will provide advanced technical support for issues that are escalated in the field and will be the point person for all critical network related issues. Customer training and internal knowledge transfer is also a critical component of this position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for installation and integration of wireless point-to-point solutions
  • Drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customer issues relating to wireless as well as network infrastructure
  • Point of technical contact for Vubiq partners
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Executive Management
  • Attend and support key channel partner events and training sessions

Required skills include:

  • Experience in wireless point-to-point solutions
  • Strong knowledge of internetworking designs and their applications, including IP subnetting and complex routing techniques on LAN/WAN networks, security, and advanced network topologies
  • Effective presentation, analytical, communications and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and associated deliverables
